Our house is located at about 1000 meters above sea level. In a quiet but central location.
Directly at the ski slope, from where you can immediately experience the full pleasure of the 4-mountain ski area. Also numerous hikes start right outside the front door.
Grocery and sports stores, ski school, hairdresser, restaurants, cafe and bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. Walking time approx. 3-5 minutes.

The three flats offer space for 2 to 4 people. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is available. As hosts, we also live in the same house and are always available for questions and requests.
Attention children and families: A beautiful playground awaits you and you can borrow things like a high chair, children's sledges, etc. from us.
Our house is located directly at the ski slope. With the 4-mountain ski area you can enjoy 230 kilometers of slopes with 88 cable cars! The Reiteralm, Hochwurzen, Planai and the Hauser-Kaibling are waiting for you! Our local mountain, the Hochwurzen is also popular for tobogganing - by day and night. The Untertal and Obertal are perfect for winter hikes or a horse-drawn carriage ride.
Whether a hike to the Riesachsee, Duisitzkarsee or Giglachsee: these are just a few possibilities in our vicinity. Enjoy the mountain world all around you also with pleasure by bike. The iron Radlwadl'n await 32 bikeroutes with a total length of 1000 km. For an adrenaline kick, try the Mountaingokart from the Hochwurzen or the Bikepark Schladming as well as the Reiteralm.
